GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 375 degree F.
MAKING
2. In a large bowl, combine butter, white sugar, and dark brown sugar. Using an electric mixer on medium speed beat until light and fluffy.
3. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix to combine.
4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon.
5. Add dry into the wet mixture, a little at a time and beat until well combined.
6. Fold in oats and butterscotch chips.
7. Roll heaping teaspoonfuls of mixture and place on ungreased cookie sheet or baking pan.
8. Sprinkle each cookie with a small amount of coarse salt.
9. Pop in oven and bake for 8-10 minutes or until starts to brown.
10. Remove from oven and cool for about 5 minutes in pan. Transfer to cooling rack and let cool completely.
