These chewy cranberry orange cookies are easy to make, starting with a white cake mix!
White cake mix/Yellow cake mix | 18 1/2 Ounce | |
Eggs | 2 , beaten | |
Canola oil | 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
Orange zest | 1 Tablespoon | |
Orange extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
Sweetened dried cranberries | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Chopped pecans/Chopped walnuts | 1 Cup (16 tbs) |
GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
MAKING
2. In a large bowl, mix together white cake mix, eggs and oil, and beat well with hand blender until combined.
3. Stir in zest of orange, orange extract, cranberries and pecans, and mix well.
4. On a lightly greased baking sheet, drop the mixture using small cookie scoop, leaving space between each.
5. Bake in the oven for about 10 to 12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
6. Remove from the oven and let it cool.
SERVING
7. Serve as desired.
