Oh. My.God. I'm so in love with these white chocolate raspberry cheesecake cookies! It's really a shame that something so tiny can pack so much flavor. If you're a fan of white chocolate raspberry cheesecake then you MUST try this recipe.

Don't like raspberries? Replace it with strawberries or even blueberries. The cookie-cheesecake texture really makes these little cookies downright addictive.


All pupose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Baking powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Baking soda 1/8 Teaspoon
Butter 10 Tablespoon , softened
White sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Cream cheese 4 Ounce , softened
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Eggs 1 Medium , thawed
White chocolate chips 1 Cup (16 tbs) , chopped
Raspberries 1 Cup (16 tbs) , frozen, crush
For cream cheese glaze
Powdered sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Milk 6 Teaspoon (as required) (Optional)
