You can make these easy gluten free peanut butter cookies, they contain just 4 ingredients.


Peanut butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Egg 1
Vanilla 1 Teaspoon



1. Take a large mixing bowl and add peanut butter, sugar and egg.

2. Add vanilla and mix the mixture properly.

3. Shape the mixture into round shape and make a cookie mark on each cookie with the help of a fork.

4. Allow to them to dry for few minutes.


5. Your peanut butter cookies are ready to serve.
