Chocolate Caramel Cookie Surprise

Chocolate chip cookies with a caramel surprise in the centre!


Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs) , softened
Packed brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Granulated sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Egg 2
Vanilla 1 Tablespoon
All purpose flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Baking soda 1/2 Teaspoon
Baking powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Chocolate chips 300 Gram (mini)
Chocolate bar 208 Gram (caramel filled (Rolo or Caramilk) 4 bars)



1. Preheat oven to 350 degree.

2. Line a cookie tray with parchment paper, and keep it aside.


3. In a large bowl, beat butter until lightened in color.

4. Throw, brown and granulated sugar. Blend until fluffy.

5. Add eggs, one at a time, whisking continuously to incorporate. Stir in vanilla.

6. In another bowl, mix together all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

7. Fold dry ingredients into butter mixture. Mix well.

8. Sprinkle chocolate chips, mix and distribute evenly.

9. Give mixture round shape with rolo in centre. Place it on cookie tray.

10. Place cookie tray in oven, and bake for about 15 minutes, or until light golden.

11. On a wire rack, allow the cookies to cool.


12. Serve chocolate caramel cookies with hot tea.
