Soft Gluten Free Cookies

Ingredients

Almond flour 1 1/4 Cup (20 tbs)
Agave nectar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Vanilla extract 1/2 Tablespoon
Baking soda 1/4 Teaspoon
Sea salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Grapeseed oil 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2. Cover a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

3. In a large bowl combine sea salt, almond flour and baking soda.

4. In a separate bowl take agave nectar, vanilla extract and grape seed oil. Whisk well.

5. Pour oil mixture in almond mixture and combine.

6. Make a smooth batter, mix well.

7. Refrigerate the batter for 20 minutes.

MAKING

8. Take out the batter from the refrigerator.

9. Drop a spoonful of batter over the cookie sheet. Flatten into cookie rounds.

10. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

11. Take out the cookies from oven and allow them to cool.

SERVING

12. Serve cookies with tea, coffee or milk.
