No Bake Cookies are a great way to get your kiddos helping in the kitchen. They get to create a treat and get
their hands dirty, and theres very little wait time, unlike baking. You can even let them decide what ingredients to
use. Almond butter or sunbutter? Almonds or walnuts? Maybe a few raisins or dried cranberries? Let them decide
and see what you can create together!
|Almond butter||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Pure vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Coconut oil||1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , softened|
|Organic raw honey||2 Tablespoon|
|Organic unsweetened shredded coconut||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Roasted salted almond slivers||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pretzels||1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , crushed (GF)|
|Mini chocolate chips||1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (Enjoy Life brand)|
|For nut free version|
|Sunflower butter||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Pure vanilla extract||1 1/2 Teaspoon|
|Pretzels||1 Cup (16 tbs) , crushed (GF)|
|Roasted salted sunflower seeds||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Let little hands mix all ingredients in a medium bowl.
