No Bake Cookies

No Bake Cookies are a great way to get your kiddos helping in the kitchen. They get to create a treat and get
their hands dirty, and theres very little wait time, unlike baking. You can even let them decide what ingredients to
use. Almond butter or sunbutter? Almonds or walnuts? Maybe a few raisins or dried cranberries? Let them decide
and see what you can create together!

Ingredients

Almond butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Pure vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Coconut oil 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , softened
Organic raw honey 2 Tablespoon
Organic unsweetened shredded coconut 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Roasted salted almond slivers 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Pretzels 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , crushed (GF)
Mini chocolate chips 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (Enjoy Life brand)
For nut free version
Sunflower butter 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Pure vanilla extract 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Pretzels 1 Cup (16 tbs) , crushed (GF)
Roasted salted sunflower seeds 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)

Directions

1. Let little hands mix all ingredients in a medium bowl.

2. Roll into balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

3. Freeze until firm. Store in airtight containers in the fridge or

freezer.
