Easy Spritz Cookies

Ingredients

Whole almonds 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (24 Pcs)
Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Molasses 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Cream 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Butter 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Vanilla extract 1 1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

1. Set out cookie sheets.

2. Sift flour and salt together and set aside.

3. Cream butter and vanilla extract until butter is softened.

4. Add sugar gradually, creaming until fluffy after each addition.

5. Thoroughly beat in egg yolks, one at a time.

6. Blend in dry ingredients gradually and thoroughly.

7. Fill a cookie press about two-thirds full with dough. Form cookies of varied shapes, according to manufacturer's directions, directly onto cookie sheets.

8. Bake at 350°F 12 to 15 min., or until golden yellow.

9. Remove cookies to cooling racks.
