Vegan Gluten-Free Holiday Cookies With Figs And Cashew Nuts

Because I try to avoid gluten, refined sugar, and conventional dairy as much as possible, I was inspired to make my own holiday cookies with just 3 ingredients: dried figs, cashew nut and coconut milk. The cookies are healthy and delicious at the same time!
