Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

These Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies are a delicious alternative to the plain, store bought cookies that most gluten intolerant people are limited to. Using peanut butter, egg, baking soda and brown sugar, this gluten free version look and taste just like the original home style recipe, but without the gluten - give it a go!

Ingredients

Firmly packed brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Peanut butter 1 Cup (16 tbs) (I used a smooth, non
Baking soda/Bicarbonate of soda 1 Teaspoon
Egg 1
Chocolate chips 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (use as many as you like!)

Directions

GETTING READY:

Preheat oven at 350°F.

Line baking tray with parchment paper and keep it ready.

       

MAKING:                        

In a bowl, combine brown sugar, peanut butter, baking soda, egg and beat until smooth using hand mixer.

Fold in chocolate chips until mixed well.

Make small balls using teaspoonful of mixture and place on baking tray.

Pop into oven and bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely.

 

SERVING:
