Brown sugar | 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) | |

All purpose flour | 1 1/4 Cup (20 tbs) | |
Baking soda | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Baking powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Cinnamon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Nutmeg | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Minced apple | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (about " cubes or smaller) | |
Rolled oats | 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) | |
Toffee bits | 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) |
GETTING READY:
1.Preheat oven to 350F.
2.Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease with butter.
MAKING:
3.In an electric mixer, cream together butter and brown sugar until smooth.
4.Add egg, vanilla and mix well.
5.In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and mix well.
6.Add flour mixture to butter mixture and beat on low speed.
7.Add oats, apple, toffee bits and mix well.
8.Place tablespoonfuls of dough on cookie sheet and pop into oven.
9.Bake for 8-10 minutes or until light brown.
10.Allow to cool completely.
