Granulated sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Brown sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Whole egg 1
Milk 2 Tablespoon
Chocolate chips 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) (I used a combination of chopped dark chocolate and chopped milk chocolate)
Nutella 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)

Preheat oven to 350°F/ 180°C.

Line baking tray with parchment paper.

In a bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking soda and mix well.

In a bowl, cream together sugars with butter.

Add vanilla extract, egg and mix until light and fluffy.

Add the flour mixture and mix well. Add milk and mix well.

Fold in chocolate chips until incorporated and cover with cling film. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

Place 1 tablespoonful of mixture and flatten out. Place a dollop of nutella and cover with mixture. Form as a ball and place on baking tray.

Pop into oven and bake for 12-13 minutes and once done allow to cool completely.
