How To Make Dark Chocolate Chip Nutella Stuffed Chocolate Cookies

Be a hit at your next bakesale, potluck or coffee morning with these deep, dark deadly chocolate chip chocolate cookies with a surprise Nutella center! Super moist, super chewy and super delicious. A MUST-TRY recipe that will satisfy everyone's sweet tooth.

Ingredients

All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Cocoa powder 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Pinch
Unsalted butter 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Granulated sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Brown sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Whole egg 1
Milk 2 Tablespoon
Chocolate chips 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) (I used a combination of chopped dark chocolate and chopped milk chocolate)
Nutella 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY:

Preheat oven to 350°F/ 180°C.

Line baking tray with parchment paper.

 

MAKING:

In a bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking soda and mix well.

In a bowl, cream together sugars with butter.

Add vanilla extract, egg and mix until light and fluffy.

Add the flour mixture and mix well. Add milk and mix well.

Fold in chocolate chips until incorporated and cover with cling film. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

Place 1 tablespoonful of mixture and flatten out. Place a dollop of nutella and cover with mixture. Form as a ball and place on baking tray.

Pop into oven and bake for 12-13 minutes and once done allow to cool completely.
