Boo! Scared? You should be! This is an all-in-one cookie that's going to knock your socks off. It's crisp on the outside, chewy on the inside aaaand It's a peanut butter cookie, an oatmeal cookie an MM cookie and a chocolate chip cookie all in one. So good. I went over to my friend Alexis' house to make these baddies.
All purpose flour | 1 1/4 Cup (20 tbs) | |
Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Baking soda | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Unsalted butter | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (softened) | |
Granulated sugar | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Light brown sugar | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Peanut butter | 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) (chunky, smooth, your choice) | |
Whole egg | 1 | |
Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
Rolled oats | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (I said oatmeal in the video. I mean the oats before you make 'em into oatmeal) | |
Semi | sweet chocolate chips | |
M&m's | 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
Peanut butter chips | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (use chunks of peanuts if you don't have the chips) |
GETTING READY:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
MAKING:
In a bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda and mix well.
In another large bowl, cream together sugars with butter. Add peanut butter, vanilla, egg and mix until well-blended.
Add the flour mixture and mix well.
Add oats, m&m’s, chips and mix well.
Place 2 tablespoonfuls of mixture balls onto cookie sheet and pop into oven.
Bake for 9-10 minutes and once done allow to cool completely.
