Boo! Scared? You should be! This is an all-in-one cookie that's going to knock your socks off. It's crisp on the outside, chewy on the inside aaaand It's a peanut butter cookie, an oatmeal cookie an MM cookie and a chocolate chip cookie all in one. So good. I went over to my friend Alexis' house to make these baddies.

All purpose flour 1 1/4 Cup (20 tbs)
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Baking soda 1/2 Teaspoon
Unsalted butter 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (softened)
Granulated sugar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Light brown sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Peanut butter 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) (chunky, smooth, your choice)
Whole egg 1
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Rolled oats 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (I said oatmeal in the video. I mean the oats before you make 'em into oatmeal)
Semi sweet chocolate chips
M&m's 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Peanut butter chips 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (use chunks of peanuts if you don't have the chips)

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.

In a bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda and mix well.

In another large bowl, cream together sugars with butter. Add peanut butter, vanilla, egg and mix until well-blended.

Add the flour mixture and mix well.

Add oats, m&m’s, chips and mix well.

Place 2 tablespoonfuls of mixture balls onto cookie sheet and pop into oven.

Bake for 9-10 minutes and once done allow to cool completely.

Serve and enjoy!
