How To Make Reese's Stuffed, Brownie Stuffed Peanut Butter Cookies

Possibly the most decadent cookie of all time? Oh yes. I present to you the Reese's stuffed brownie stuffed peanut butter cookie. A concoction that'll certainly impress anyone and everyone.


Brownies 8 , microwaved ((1/2 of a 9x9 inch batch))
Peanut butter cups 16 , unwrapped (Reese's)
Unsalted butter 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) ((at room temperature))
Peanut butter 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Egg 1
Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Baking soda 1/2 Teaspoon
All purpose flour 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)



Preheat oven to 375°F/180°C.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper.



In a large bowl, crumble brownies with hand.

Wrap the peanut butter cups with brownie mixture and pop into freezer.

In a large bowl, combine butter, peanut butter and whisk well. Add brown sugar, granulated sugar and continue to blend.

Add egg, vanilla extract, salt, baking soda and mix well. Add flour and mix well to incorporate.

Stuff the frozen balls into cookie mix as shown in the video.

Place on baking tray and pop into oven.

Bake for 9-10 minutes at 375°F/180°C. Press the cookie when warm to flatten it.
