GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 325 F.
MAKING
2. Beat light brown sugar, granulated sugar and butter until nice and fluffy.
3. Add 2 eggs one egg at a time. Continue to mix.
4. Pour vanilla extract and red food coloring and keep mixing so that everything is well blended. Set this wet mixture aside.
5. In a separate bowl, mix together the dry ingredients, cocoa powder, all purpose flour, baking soda and salt.
6. Pour the dry ingredients to the wet mix a little at a time and mix that in to make the batter.
7. Fold white choco chips in the batter.
8. Scoop batter over a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake the cookies for 20 minutes. Let it cool down.
SERVING
9. Serve them as it is or with milk or make ice cream sandwiches out of it. Enjoy.
