Semolina 1 1/2 Ounce
Sugar 1 Ounce
Milk 1 Pint
Vanilla essence 3 Drop



1. In a pan, warm the milk. Remove from the heat.

2. Add the semolina into the milk, stirring continuously. Put in sugar and vanilla essence.

3. Heat the pan and allow it to come to a boil, stirring continuously.

4. Lower heat and let the pudding to cook very gently for 15 to 20 minutes, until thick and creamy. Stir at regular intervals.


5. Transfer pudding into a serving dish. Serve warm.
