Strawberry-Rhubarb Compote is a simple but delicious fruit compote that tantalizes your taste buds. I often cook this up for a romantic weekend dinner at home.Try this brilliant Strawberry-Rhubarb Compote recipe.


Water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Frozen rhubarb 16 Ounce (1 package)
Sugar 2 Tablespoon
Fresh strawberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Ginger 1/8 Teaspoon


Heat water to boiling; stir in rhubarb and sugar.

Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes, breaking fruit apart with fork.

Remove from heat; stir in strawberries and ginger.

Serve warm or cold.
