Cold Brewed Coffee (also called Cold Pressed Coffee) is the Iced Coffee sensation that everyone is talking about. Prepared without heat, this delicious caffeinated treat is easy to reproduce at home - give it a go!
Ground coffee | 2 Cup (32 tbs) (not Instant Coffee Powder!) | |
Water | 3 1/2 Cup (56 tbs) (plus extra for topping as required) | |
Ice cubes | 6 |
GETTING READY:
In a large cup combine ground coffee , cold water and stir well.
Cover with cling wrap and allow to rest for 12 hours.
MAKING:
After 12 hours, strain the mixture using coffee filtering paper and strainer as shown in the video.
Pop into refrigerator and allow to chill.
Add ice cubes into glass and pour coffee concentrate into it.
Add wither water or milk and stir well.
SERVING:
Serve and enjoy!
