How to make a starbucks s'mores frappuccino at home. DIY for half the price and twice the flavor with homemade chocolate sauce, marshmallow fluff, and whipped cream.
|For blended coffee:|
|Cold coffee/1 espresso shot||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Whole milk||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|For chocolate sauce:|
|Whole milk||2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Sugar||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Unsweetened cocoa||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Instant espresso||1 Pinch|
|Pure vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|For whipped cream:|
|Cold heavy cream||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sifted powdered sugar||3 Tablespoon|
|Pure vanilla extract||1/2 Teaspoon|
|For marshmallow fluff:|
|Marshmallows||3 , melted to 2 tablespoons|
|Homemade whipped cream||2 Tablespoon|
|Crushed graham crackers||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Freeze half of milk and coffee and keep it ready.
In a large jug, combine whole milk, sugar and cocoa powder.
Add vanilla extract, salt, espresso powder and whisk well. Cook until well blended for chocolate sauce. Once done, allow to cool well.
In a blender, combine frozen coffee, frozen milk, coffee, milk, sugar and blend until soft and fluffy.
For marshmallow fluff, combine melted marshmallows with whipped cream. Mix well.
In a serving glass, pour marshmallow fluff as bottom layer and top with chocolate sauce, blended coffee, whipped cream and crumbled crackers.
Top with more whipped cream and chocolate sauce.
Serve chill and enjoy!
