Honey Glazed the Cod

Ingredients

Rice vinegar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Honey 2 Teaspoon
Shoyu 2 Tablespoon (Japanese Soy Sauce)
Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
Sesame tahini 1 Tablespoon
Cloves 3 , minced
Ginger root 2 Inch , peeled and minced
True cod steaks/Thick fillet 1 Pound (2 Pieces)

Directions

GETTING READY

1) Ignite coals in the grill.

MAKING

2) Take a small but heavy saucepan and mix all the ingredients except cod and heat them until honey and tahini make a sauce.

3) Now, apply this sauce over cod with glazed and grill for 6-8 minutes both sides.

4) Keep basting and turning the cod until cooked.

SERVING

5) Serve the honey glazed cod hot.
