Ingredients

Sunflower oil/Margarine 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Low fat vanilla yogurt 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
All purpose flour
Unsweetened cocoa 2 Teaspoon
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Egg white 1 , lightly beaten

Directions

GETTING READY

1) Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

MAKING

2) In a bowl, beat together margarine, yogurt, sugar, and vanilla.

3) Sift flour, cocoa, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon and mix it into margarine mixture.

4) Make a ball of the dough and wrap in waxed paper. Let it chill for 2 hours.

5) Roll the dough in ¼ inch thick flat bread and cut with 2 inch cookie cutter.

6) Take an ungreased baking sheet and put the dough pieces on it. Apply with egg white mixture.

7) Bake for 15 minutes.

SERVING

8) Serve the cocoa delights with coffee and tea.
