How to make Creamy Cocoa - Serve Cold Cocoa with Ice Cream or Hot!

Ingredients

Cocoa powder 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Water 3 Tablespoon
Milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Heavy whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Pure vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Instant coffee 1 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING

1. In a pan, sieve in cocoa, add water and mix well.

2. Pour in  the milk, cream, add sugar vanilla and coffee, stir to mix. Bring to a boil.

 

SERVING

3. Serve hot with whipping cream or cold with ice cream.

 

NOTE

It can be made ahead of time and kept refrigerated.
