How to Make a Mai Tai

Time to break out the Tiki treasures and make this fabulous tropical cocktail!


Bacardi rum 1 Ounce (Bacardi Anejo rum)
Silver rum 1 Ounce (El Dorado 6 year old Silver rum)
Curacao/Orange liqueur 1/2 Ounce
Fresh squeezed lime juice 1 Ounce
Orgeat syrup 1/4 Ounce
Simple syrup 1/4 Ounce



1. In a shaker filled with ice, add Bacardi rum, silver rum, Curacao, lime juice, orgeat syrup and simple syrup. Shake well.

2. Into tiki mug or large rocks glass, pour the mixture, unstrained.



3. Garnish with lime shell and a bunch of mint. Serve and enjoy!
