Club soda | 5 Ounce | |
Lime | 1/2 , juiced | |
For garnish | ||
Fresh sage leaves | 2 | |
Ice cubes | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) |
GETTING READY
1. For Syrup – In a saucepan add the water, honey, and fresh sage leaves. Let it come up to a boil and once all of the honey is dissolved turn off and let the sage leaves steep in there until the syrup is completely cooled.
MAKING
2. Fill a cocktail glass with ice and add in the ½ ounce of syrup, gin, lime juice, and top off with club soda. Stir to mix up.
SERVING
3. Garnish with sage leaves and serve.
