GETTING READY
1.Dip the rim of a martini glass in super fine sugar.
MAKING
2.Fill a tall glass or shaker with ice, add pear nectar and elderflower syrup. Shake and strain into glass.
3.Top with 1 part ginger ale.
SERVING
4.Serve in a tall martini glass garnished with edible flower.
