This cocktail is made using fresh lavender grown right at the Medlock Ames Tasting Room and Alexander Valley Bar.
Rum | 3 Ounce (lavender infused) | |
Liqueur | 1/4 Ounce (creme de cassis) | |
Chardonnay simple syrup | 1/4 Ounce | |
Fresh lime | 1/2 Ounce | |
Ice cube | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Lavender sprig | 1 Medium (for garnish) |
GETTING READY
1. Chill a cocktail glass.
MAKING
2. Take a pint glass and pour in the rum.
3. Add the creme de cassis liqueur and the chardonnay simple syrup.
4. Next goes in the lime juice.
5. Add ice and give it a couple of good shakes.
SERVING
