Cucumber Lavender Sour With Charlotte Voisey

In this very special episode, Charlotte Voisey of Hendrick's Gin and William Grant and Sons mixes her original Cucumber Lavender Sour. This is soon to become a classic summer refresher.


Hendrick's gin 1 1/2 Ounce
Domaine de canton ginger liquor 1/4 Ounce
Sonoma lavender syrup 3/4 Ounce
Fresh lemon juice 1/2 Ounce
Cucumber slices 3 (1 slice for garnishing)
Lavender bitters 1 Dash
Lavender buds 1 Pinch
Ice cubes 1 Cup (16 tbs) , crushed



Muddle cucumber in a mixing glass.

Add lemon juice, lavender syrup, gin, ginger liquor, and lavender bitters and shake well with ice.

Strain into ice filled tall glass.

Garnish with lavender buds and cucumber slices.


Serve and enjoy!
