Long Island Stuffed Clams

Ingredients

Powdered garlic 1 Teaspoon
Onion 1 Tablespoon , diced
Parsley 1 Teaspoon , chopped
Oregano To Taste
Italian bread crumbs 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Clams 1 Can (10 oz) , minced (With Liquid)
Salt To Taste
Parmesan cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Paprika To Taste

Directions

GETTING READY

1) Preheat oven to 375° F.

MAKING

2) Take a frying pan and heat oil in it. Add onion, garlic, oregano, parsley and crumbs in it for about 2 minutes or until onion begins to turn brown in color.

3) Add salt and clams.

4) Take clam shells and spoon out the mixture into it. Sprinkle lightly with cheese and additional crumbs.

5) Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until top turns crusty.

SERVING

6) Sprinkle lightly with paprika and serve hot.
