Ingredients

Dried chestnuts 4 Ounce , soaked overnight in orange juice
Lemon juice 30 Milliliter (2 tablespoon)
Carob powder 2 Teaspoon (10 milliliter)
Tahini 60 Milliliter (4 tablespoon)
Quark 6 Ounce (175 gram)
Almond essence 12 Drop
Maple syrup 2 Teaspoon (10 milliliter)
Grated carob chocolate 2 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING

1. In a saucepan keep chestnuts and soak in their juice,

2. Cover and boil, simmer for 35-40 minutes until soft.

3. Drain out the chestnuts.

4. Blend chestnuts with remaining ingredients.

SERVING

5. Pour into 4 glasses and chill.

6. Decorate with grated carob.
