Mango Chutney

Ingredients

Cider vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Garlic clove 1 , minced
Jalapeno pepper 2 , slices, deseeded and chopped
Ginger 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , peeled and chopped
Sugar 2 1/2 Cup (40 tbs)
Mango 6 Cup (96 tbs) , diced
Golden raisin 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)

Directions

MAKING

1. In a saucepan, heat cider vinegar, add garlic, jalapenos ginger and sugar, stir to mix and allow to cook for 5 minutes until the sugar melts.

2. Add in the raisins and mango, and allow to cook for 30 minutes.

3. Take the pan off the heat and allow to cool.

SERVING

4. Serve as desired.
