Easy Mango Chutney

This secret recipe has been in my family for years and now I"m excited to show it with all of you! It's sweet, a little spicy, and absolutely amazing. Serve it with blacked fish, chicken, or put it over cream cheese and serve with crackers for a delicious appetizer. The options are endless!

Ingredients

Apple cider vinegar 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm) , minced
Fresh grated ginger 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Jalapenos 3 , diced (about half seeds and ribs removed)
Granulated sugar 3 3/4 Cup (60 tbs)
Diced mango 9 Cup (144 tbs)
Golden raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

MAKING:

In a large pot, combine apple cider vinegar, garlic, ginger, jalapenos, granulated sugar and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes. Stir well.

Add mango, raisins and mix well.

Stir well and cook for another 30 minutes.

SERVING:

Serve and enjoy!
