|Chopped coriander||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped fresh green garlic||1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (including the greens)|
|Roasted chana dal||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Chopped green chili||1 Tablespoon|
1. In blender, place coriander, garlic, roasted chana dal, lemon juice, and green chili.
2. Add salt and water. Blend until smooth.
3. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate.
4. Use as desired.
