Chuck roasts are inexpensive cuts of beef that you can make. This recipe uses a dry roasting technique that does not require you to place the roast in a cooking broth.
It is important to use the roasts weight as the guide for your cooking time. Roast cooks at about 30 minutes a pound in a 300 degree oven. This technique will have you seasoning the roast on the outside and then dry roasting it in the oven.
