Corn Chowder Soup

Corn chowder is a delicious soup to make with fresh corn during the summer.

Fresh corn chowder is super easy to make and it tastes simply delicious. You can put together a bowl of soup in under 30 minutes with this easy recipe.


Bacon slices 4 , chopped into small pieces
Diced onions 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Corn ears 4 , kernels removed
Chopped potatoes 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Chicken stock 1 Quart
Heavy cream 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste



In a pot, brown bacon and saute onions in it until translucent.

Add corn and saute for 1 more minutes.

Add chopped potatoes, chicken stock and cook for 30 minutes until potatoes turn tender.

Add heavy cream and stir once.

Season with salt and pepper.



Serve and enjoy!
