Bacon slices | 4 , chopped into small pieces | |
Diced onions | 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) | |
Corn ears | 4 , kernels removed | |
Chopped potatoes | 3 Cup (48 tbs) | |
Chicken stock | 1 Quart | |
Heavy cream | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Pepper | To Taste |
MAKING:
In a pot, brown bacon and saute onions in it until translucent.
Add corn and saute for 1 more minutes.
Add chopped potatoes, chicken stock and cook for 30 minutes until potatoes turn tender.
Add heavy cream and stir once.
Season with salt and pepper.
