Exclusive! Chocolate Covered Cherry Christmas Mice

Fun and easy to prepare. Chocolate cherry mice are always a crown pleaser and fun to do with kids. Great for Christmas.

Ingredients

Maraschino cherries 20 , with stem
Chocolate kisses 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Milk chocolate chips 1 Cup (16 tbs) , melted in microwave
Sliced almond 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Decorating gels 2 , white and red colors

Directions

MAKING

1. Dip the cherries in the melted chocolate, until nicely coated. Place the chocolate covered cherries on top of a wax paper.

2. Add the chocolate kisses on top of the covered cherries, to make the face.

3. Place 2 sliced almonds in between the body and the head, so that it looks like an ear.

4. Using the white decorative gel, create the eyes of the mice.

5. Create the nose and red eyes, by using the red decorative gel.

6. Place inside refrigerator to set the chocolate.

SERVING

7. Serve to the kids or use as a decoration for cakes.
