Chocolate Peanut Jumbles

Ingredients

Sugar 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Butter 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) , softened (Land O Lakes)
Egg 1
Vanilla 2 Teaspoon
Baking unsweetened chocolate 2 Ounce , melted, cooled (2 Squares Of 1 Ounce Each)
All purpose flour
Baking powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Salted peanuts 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , coarsely chopped
Vanilla milk chips 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY

1) Heat oven to 350°.

MAKING

2) In a mixer bowl, add sugar and butter.

3) Beat at medium speed till creamy.

4) Add in egg and vanilla and continue beating till well mixed.

5) Lower speed and add in melted chocolate.

6) Beat till well mixed.

7) Add in the flour and baking powder and continue beating.

8) Stir in the chopped peanuts and vanilla milk chips.

9) On cookie sheets, arrange rounded teaspoonfuls of the mix, 2 inches apart.

10) Place in the oven for 7 to 9 minutes or till set.

11) Allow to stand for 1 minute, then remove from the sheets.

SERVING

12) Serve with warm milk.
