CrÃme de Cacao Brownies

Butter 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (at room temperature)
Eggs 2
Unsweetened chocolate 11 Ounce (2 squares)
Chocolate extract 2 Teaspoon
Water 2 Tablespoon
Soy flour 2 Tablespoon
Coarsely chopped walnuts 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Sugar substitute 8 Gram (8 packets)
Creme de cacao 3 Tablespoon



1 Preheat the oven to 350° F.

2 Grease a 1 1/2-quart flat baking dish.


3 In a bowl, cream butter using electric hand mixer.

4 Add in eggs one at a time, beating well.

5 In top of double boiler, melt chocolate with extract and water. (add a little water to dilute, if too thick)

6 Add in the melted chocolate, soy flour, chopped walnuts, and sugar substitute to butter, mixing well.

7 Taste for sweetness.

8 Add in more sugar substitute if needed.

9 In the prepared dish, pour the chocolate mixture.

10 Bake for 15 minutes, do not overcook.

11 Remove from oven.

12 Sprinkle the top with creme de cacao and allow to soak and cool.


13 Cut into at least 30 squares and serve.
