|Semisweet chocolate||6 Ounce (1 package)|
|Evaporated milk||5 1/3 Cup (85.33 tbs) (1 can)|
|Vanilla wafers||2 1/2 Cup (40 tbs) , crushed|
|Finely chopped walnuts||1 1/3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
1)Take a large bowl, add milk and chocolate pieces.
2) ROAST(7) for 2 minutes until chocolate melts.
3)Add the crushed wafer,sugar,1/3 chopped nuts,rum and mix well.
4)For 1 hour, let it cool and stand.
5) Now take a small portion and roll into a ball,coating it with some chopped nuts.
6) Store in the refrigerator and serve when chilled.
