Egg yolks 3
Vanilla essence 1 Teaspoon
Milk 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Heavy cream 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Unsweetened chocolate 3 (3 squares)
Sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Salt 1/8 Teaspoon



1) Pick a small mixing bowl,and whisk the eggs and vanilla together till lemon colour appears and it is thick.

2) Now mix the chocolate,salt,cream and sugar into a measuring glass cup.

3) Cook this on HIGH(9) for upto 6 minutes,until the chocolate melts and the mixture is cooked.

4)Ensure that it does not boil.

5)Carefully and slowly, pour this mixture into the egg yolks and stir constantly.Ensure eggs dont scramble.

6) Mix well to smoothness.


7) Pour into 6 small serving dishes to cool.


8) Serve chilled
