Ingredients

Granulated sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Butter/Margarine 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , softened
Egg 1
All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Milk 2 Tablespoon
Unsweetened baking chocolate 2 Ounce , melted, cooled
Sugar 2 Tablespoon , powdered

Directions

GETTING READY

1) Preheat oven to 375°F.

MAKING

2) In a large bowl, add granulated sugar and butter. Beat until light and fluffy.

3) Mix egg and beat well.

4) Alternately add flour and milk to butter mixture. Blend well.

5) Mix cooled chocolate.

6) Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

7) Fit cookie press with serrated bar template.

8) Keep the dough in cookie press and press long strips onto ungreased cookie sheets.

9) Cut the strips into 4-inch pieces.

10) Bake for 5 to 7 minutes.

11) Take off from cookie sheets immediately and cool slightly.

SERVING

12) Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
