Soft butter/Margarine 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Granulated sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Firmly packed light brown sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Egg 1
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Smooth peanut butter 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Moist)
Sifted all purpose flour 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Baking soda 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Semi sweet chocolate pieces 6 (Adjust Quantity As Needed)


Cream butter and sugars; add egg, vanilla, and peanut butter; beat until light.

Add sifted dry ingredients and mix well.

Force through spritz gun or cookie press onto ungreased cookie sheets, using a disc that will make a flower design.

Put a chocolate piece in center of each.

Bake in preheated moderate oven (350°F.) for about 15 minutes.
