Homemade Sugar Free Chocolate Bark

I am happy to share this recipe for Low Carb Chocolate Bark. Finally guilt free chocolate! Perfect for this holiday season. This Low carb chocolate bark is so yummy and has a really nice smooth texture.

Ingredients

Coconut oil 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , melted
Confectioners sugar 4 Tablespoon (Swerve)
Stevia 1 Pinch
Unsweetened cocoa powder 6 Tablespoon
Vanilla extract 1/2 Teaspoon
Mixed nuts 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)

Directions

MAKING:

1. Add coconut oil to a bowl.

2. Add other ingredients such as vanilla extract and cocoa powder.

3. Mix until there's no lump.

4. Check for desired sweetness.

5. Line a dish with parchment paper, pour the mixture into the dish.

6. Sprinkle the nuts on top.

7. Pop this into the freezer for 20 minutes.

SERVING:

8. Break it up and serve. Enjoy!
