Reduced Sugar Hot Chocolate With Truvia Natural Sweetener

1% milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Truvia sweetener spoonable 2 1/4 Teaspoon (6 packets truvía® natural sweetener)
Unsweetened cocoa powder 2 Tablespoon
Cinnamon 1/8 Teaspoon
Cayenne 1/8 Teaspoon
Vanilla bean 1/2
Unsweetened chocolate 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) , chopped
Star anise 3
Salt 1 Pinch
Cinnamon sticks 3 (optional garnish)



In a small pot, combine truvia natural sweetener, cocoa powder, cinnamon, star anise, salt, cayenne, scraped vanilla bean, milk and whisk well.

Bring the mixture to boil and once it boils remove from heat.

Add chopped chocolate and whisk until melted.

Pour into serving mugs and garnish with cinnamon sticks.



Serve immediately and enjoy!
