Chocolaty Balls

Deep dark chocolate and playful chocolate sponge mingle with fresh cream to form luscious Chocolate Balls, which when coated with crispy chocolate vermicelli, result in a dessert that will turn even an ordinary event into an extraordinary one!


Chopped dark chocolate 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Fresh cream 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Crumbled chocolate sponge cake 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Chocolate vermicelli 2 Tablespoon (as needed)



1. In a non-stick pan, pour cream, stir constantly and cook for 1 minute. Turn off the flame and add chocolate. Mix until chocolate melts and the mixture is smooth. Set aside to cool for 2 minutes.

2. Into a bowl, transfer the mixture and add chocolate sponge. Mix and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

3. Divide the mixture into 9 equal portions and roll each into ball. Pop in refrigerator and refrigerate for 15 minutes. 

4. Roll the balls in chocolate vermicelli until well coated and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. 



5. Serve chilled. 



These balls can be stored for 1 to 2 days in refrigerator.
