How to Make Sriracha Potato Chips on the Grill - English Grill and BBQ

An easy recipe to prepare homemade delicious chips.


Potatoes 6
For marinade
Siracha 3 Tablespoon
Extra virgin olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Rice vinegar 1 Teaspoon (A big dash)



1. Preheat the grill.



2. Boil potatoes in water for 10 minutes. Cool the potatoes down and then slice them up.

3. Prepare the marinade by whisking together siracha, extra virgin olive oil and rice vinegar.

4. Marinate the potato chips in the marinade for half an hour in the refrigerator.

5. Grill over direct heat in the beginning and then move the chips to the sides to get desired crispiness.



6. Serve potato chips as it is and enjoy!!
