Betty's Trendy Baked Kale Chips

In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make Trendy Baked Kale Chips. These are seasoned, crisp kale chips that are baked in the oven.


Kale bunch 1 , washed and dried
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon ((as needed))
Seasoned salt To Taste ((about 1 teaspoon per bunch))



1. With kitchen scissors, cut the leaves away from the center stem and then into bite-sized pieces. Wash the kale pieces again and pat dry using paper towel.

2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

3. Preheat oven to 350 degree F.


4. On the lined baking tray, place the kale pieces and drizzle olive oil on top.

5. Season with salt and pop the pan in oven. Bake for about 10 minutes. Edges may turn brown.


6. Remove from oven and serve immediately or later when cooled.
