Cooking With Kids - Sweet Plantain Chips


Plantain 1 , peeled, sliced
Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Sugar 1 Tablespoon
Coconut oil/Cooking oil 1 Teaspoon



1. In a small bowl, mix together sugar and cinnamon.

2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

3. Preheat oven to 415 degree F.


4. Sprinkle sugar mixture on both sides of plantain and lay them on cookie sheet.

5. Drizzle oil on top, pop the cookie sheet in oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until caramelized.

6. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.


7. Serve hot and enjoy!
