Carrot chips are not only nutritious, they're beautiful in color, a fun shape, great to make with kids, super simple to make and delicious to eat!

Ingredients

Carrots 4 Medium
Salt To Taste

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.

2. Slice the carrots thinly using a mandoline or a knife.

MAKING

3. Now, place these carrot chips on a cookie sheet and sprinkle salt on it.

4. Pop it into the oven for 45 minutes.

SERVING

4. Serve with milk or coffee.
