Buccees Potato Chips

How easy and delicious potato chips can be, you need to try this to know.


Russet potatoes 4 , peeled and sliced
Peanut oil 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) (For deep frying)
Vegetable oil 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (For deep frying)
Salt To Taste



In a deep vessel, heat both the oil and add in the potato slices in small bunches. Fry for 5 – 7 minutes.

Take out from the vessel and place on a cooling rack; immediately season with salt.



Serve the chips with some cold drinks.
