Beef Chow Mein

Frozen beef mushroom mix 8 Ounce (1 Container)
Water 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
Molasses 2 Teaspoon
Ginger 1/4 Teaspoon
Canned chinese vegetables 16 Ounce , drained (1 Can)
Chow mein noodles/Hot cooked rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)


Dip container of frozen mix into hot water just to loosen.

In 2-quart saucepan, heat frozen mix and water to boiling.

Reduce heat; cover and simmer, stirring frequently, until mix is thawed, about 20 minutes.

Mix soy sauce, cornstarch, molasses and ginger; stir soy sauce mixture and chinese vegetables into meat mixture.

Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils.

Boil and stir 1 minute.

Serve over chowmein noodles and top with additional soy sauce.
